Boogalow Hostel - Gijon

The hostel was clean and the kitchen was in excellent condition for cooking. The shower room was well-maintained.

I stayed at Boogalow for a week during my beach getaway. The location is perfect, just 5 minutes from the Old Town and 1 minute from the beach. The stunning sea view from every part of the hostel is breathtaking, especially during rainy days. The beds are incredibly comfortable, and the small pouch on the side is a nice touch. The living room with the chair hammock is my favorite spot for my morning coffee. The homemade cake and cookies at breakfast are a delightful treat. Highly recommended!

The limited availability of bathrooms. With only one to share among multiple rooms, it could get busy and less clean than desired.

We had an amazing stay at a centrally located accommodation with amazing ocean views from our room. The modern facilities and spacious private bathrooms made our stay even more comfortable. The well-equipped kitchen and laundry services were a bonus. The owner was friendly and helpful. it. One minor downside was the limited size of the communal room. considering the quality of the service, the price was worth it. We would highly recommend this unique and refreshing hostel experience.

I recently stayed at Boogalow in Gijon for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The front rooms offered breathtaking views of the ocean, and I loved feeling the ocean breeze and hearing the waves. The hostel itself was bright and colorful, and the staff were incredibly helpful. The breakfast provided was one of the best I've had, with a wide variety of pastries, fruit, and cereals to choose from. The amenities were great, including a well-equipped kitchen, communal room with exercise equipment and board games, and even personal items like earplugs and towels. a sociable and comfortable place to stay.

Lots of travelers chose to stay at Boogalow, I guess because it's located right on the beach. Plus, there are cool attractions nearby like the Railway Museum and the Aquarium. And you can even play darts here, how fancy!

Oh, and guess what? I had to share the hostel with other guests!

As a tourist, I absolutely loved my stay at this hostel. the location above Playa Del San Lorenzo was perfect, with breathtaking ocean views from the front rooms and lounge. the modern facilities and large private bathrooms in each room were a pleasant surprise. the four comfortable beds in each room made for a cozy and relaxing stay. the well-equipped kitchen with cooking utensils, microwave, fridge, stove top, and dishwasher was a bonus. Laundry services were also available, which made things even more convenient. this hostel felt more like an apartment or shared hotel rather than a normal hostel, providing a beautiful experience where I felt right at home.

The facilities at the hostel were fantastic. the 4-bed dormitory had a spacious bathroom and provided creams and even sanitary napkins. the shared room had board games, a yoga mat, and even a guitar. the cleaning lady gave us a warm welcome and the locker was big enough for all our belongings.

Great beachfront location with plenty of outdoor activities nearby. Loved playing darts at the hostel and taking advantage of the library. Sharing the bathroom with all the other guests was a real treat!

Just one bathroom for everyone to share, what a joy!
